After an investigation by the Engineering Department it has been determined that when a vehicle is sitting at the stop bar and when vehicle pulls up to the edge of the shoulder of Water Tower Way, where vehicles typically stop, there is adequate sight distance, therefore the property owner will not be required to move the sign.
