Still out any update,

Called BGE on 9-1-17. They resubmitted ticket for repairs. Operator stated they are behind on repairs do to the storms Harford County has received recently. Someone should be out there hopefully within 72 hours. If not repairable they will escalate to another division. Please advise if not repaired within the next 2 weeks. Thank you.

This light and many in the neighborhood are out, I will update with all locations but bge should really come fix this one after 2+ months

Called BGE again on 9-29-17. Operator stated the repairs were pending. I asked what that entailed and she mentioned they are still short staffed with crews since they were sent South. Another service ticket was submitted though. If you know of other lights that are out, you can call BGE directly, since they do all repairs on County lights. They will just need the pole number which is a black band with 4 digits against a yellow background and the nearest address. The numbers usually start with a 5, 6 or 7. Please call 1-800-685-0123 and use prompt 2 then 5. Thank you for your understanding.

I submitted a report for the one on pond view and they fixed that in a couple days. So not sure what the problem is.

I just called BGE (12-5-17) about the light on Esther Dr, they stated the light was repaired and working as of 9-29-17. If light is not working please notify me at 410-638-3509 x1348. If you could confirm the pole number as 6256 that would be very helpful. Thank you!
