Please see comments from Mr. Davies:
"The subdivision work wHere the sediment originates is actually within the town limits of the Town of Bel Air. I have left a voicemail Charlie Dawson (410-638-4544) and personally spoken with Buddy Haight (443-903-1250) of the Town of Bel Air. Buddy will follow up and have the contractor do the necessary controls and clean up. I am assigning this to Mike Hiob to follow up with the Town of Bel Air to make sure our affected county road is taken care of."
