This was reported before. It apparently isn't water or sewer and I reported it to BGE as a gas issue. It's still not fixed. I took some pictures What should I do now? Missing cap and full of trash. .

I wanted to reach out and provide you with an update regarding the piping found at 1523 Rock-Spring Road, Suite A, Forest Hill, MD, 21050. A BGE service operator arrived onsite to inspect the area. The pipe in question is storm drains that was cleaned out. All of the BGE equipment is fine.
