    I have witnessed cars driving on the sidewalk in between the Royal Farms and the Rite-Aid. I've seen it happen twice so who knows how many more times. I think this is dangerous and bollards if some sort should be installed.

    Kids are vandalizing an area of the woods and dumping. The area is not owned by the HOA but probably County or State.

    The Rec maintained baseball field at Red Pump Elementary School is in disrepair. We pay hundreds of dollars to participate in Bel Air Travel Baseball but this field is a hazard to play on. Please have the Rec make this playable for our kids. thanks.

    The stop sign on Chestnut Hill Rd at the intersection of Rocks Rd is partially covered by vegetation and needs to be fix. It is very hard to see, especially at night. In addition, I believe that a STOP AHEAD sign prior to the intersection would also be beneficiary.
