Every time power goes out this must be manually reset, this take hours if not days. can some fix the issue permanently this has been like this for years with all the new building it's very dangerous

Per the Engineer at the State Highway Administration he states, "It looks like we have problem with some of the hardware. Wemade the replacement. However, we are going to monitor this in the future to see if that was the problem."
