Please see message below from Capital Projects Inspector:
"We have looked into the sidewalk complaint at the new subdivision on Moores Mill Road, Townes of Bynum Run. The sidewalk was recently poured and is safe and accessible at this time. We assume the complaint was generated during the installation of the new sidewalk. There are 2 blocks that remain to be replaced in the near future, but are acceptable with the in-place stone at this time."
Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions or concerns.

Additional information for this project is listed below from the Chief Inspector:
"The subdivision work where the sediment originates is actually within the town limits of the Town of Bel Air. I have left a voicemail for Charlie Dawson (410-638-4544) and personally spoken with Buddy Haight (443-903-1250) of the Town of Bel Air. Buddy will follow up and have the contractor do the necessary controls and clean up. I am assigning this to Mike Hiob to follow up with the Town of Bel Air to make sure our affected county road is taken care of."
