Back gate of stadium locked during regular Bel Air rec baseball hours. Water and bathrooms are not easily accessible. Need to walk a substantial distance around front of gate to access water and bathrooms. Water fountain does not work. Bathrooms are also locked when there is not a game. It is creating a real issue for the elementary age kids and their families.
