I am the next door neighbor, 408 Denton Way to the issue currently getting fixed in front of 410 Denton Way. The workers started work at 7:25am this morning and at 7:27 am they cut through the Verizon FIOS cable. I was informed, "we'll fix it", when I spoke to one of the workmen. According to the Supervisor, Verizon was going to come out and fix it but there still has been no representation from Verizon. No Phones, television or internet because Miss Utility wasn't phoned to mark underground cables. Truly, I could understand a mistake however, the same issue occurred when the issue happened previously. Any idea as to when my Verizon service will be restored?
